I ordered a ring on July 26th from Aldoshoes.com. And waited. And waited. I "tracked my order" on their website and all of the information said that it was still "pending." By August 3rd, they still had not even shipped it. So I emailed someone about it. And didn't receive any response until a week later. I tried to do a "live chat" with someone, giving them my order number and everything and they never wrote anything back. I just received an email from them saying that they had run out of my item and that I should receive a refund within 3-5 business days. If you can help it, don't buy anything from this website. A friend of mine got a ring that was different than the one she ordered and the customer service people told her that she could send it back, they would refund her money, and then she could order it again. As opposed to her sending it back and them sending her the correct ring. Their customer service is terrible. They seem to be very irresponsible. I'll never buy anything from them again.
