You can't get anyone on the phone and when you do they are not helpful

They're horrible. You-can't get anybody about the telephone so when you need to do they're not useful. They wont allow you to stop with no 50 cost plus they consider 2 weeks to return you for the part they stated they'll return you for... Please don't utilize them - jerks!!!
