I needed a passport. Looked at USpassportnow.com and it said they were a trusted site. I filled out all the info required and gave my credit info to them. When I went to the post office to have my documents verified I was told that the site is fraudulent. I contacted the passport web site and was told that the post office was lying. When I asked for a refund I was told sorry no can do its past the 24 hours. I asked for a supervisor 5 times, Then when I asked the persons name I was speaking to... She hung up on me.
