The company's website is really misleading!
And no reason to give you if you try to get refund except " You have to call to cancel within 24hrs when order is placed". Even if I don't use the service of FEDEX RETURN SHIPPING and expedite service, I can not get them back just because I did not cancel it with 24 hours. I paid $129 and got nothing back. The customer service sounds very tired of this job and having no patience. She was rude!
Be very careful to give your credit number! They charge you immediately once getting your number. And the CS hotline was very busy and kept me waiting for 15 mins even though they kept saying " you are the first one on line! It will take 3 mins to pick your call." SCAM company, never use it!!!
Go to the USPS post office to submit the application and use post office service.
It's a big mistake for me to go to USPASSportnow without taking look at the consumer complaints. The company's review is really bad!
