O S I Shipping collected my shipment from N W Arkansas on May 25th. Promised delivery was 6 to 8 weeks to Essex England. Tomorrow will be 7 weeks and we learned today that our shipment still lays on the dockside in America. I have had issues regarding the cost, so far an extra $395 has been added to the my first quote, when I questioned the ad ons, they told me they will hold my goods until payment was received. I do fear the worse now after reading the various reports on usacomplaints.com website.
