On Sunday night, 11/20 I ordered a part from this company. An option was given to have it shipped overnight, 2nd day delivery, or standard delivery. I ordered it 2nd day delivery. They never shipped the part until 11/22 which will mean that I will receive it on Friday, 11/25. So much for 2nd day delivery. If they had shipped the part on the following day of the order being placed on-line (11/21), then it would have arrived on-time on 11/23. Overnight or 2nd day shipment orders should be handled in a much more expedient manner. When I contacted the company, they stated that they had to test the part before shipment and was very unapologetic. Why wasn't that done on Monday, 11/21, in order to make the shipment deadline??? On top of that, I paid extra to have expedited shipment. The bottom line it do business somewhere else where they care about the customer and do as promised.
