In mid-September I placed an order with Uniformology, a company offering military uniform prints and CDs over the internet. I received a partial shipment and was very pleased with the quality, so I placed several more orders.
At first I received promises that the other items were being shipped. Once I was even told that they were being shipped with a tracking number that very week. It has been over ten weeks since I received the one and only partial shipment.
The company continues to advertise new sales almost weekly saying that this is their best year ever. But I had no response to my email and telephone queries for over a month.
When I threatened to formally complain, they again promised will have all the missing stuff off to you tomorrow via priority and will supply USPS Delivery Confirmation. Of course, I got neither and further emails and phone calls are unanswered.
They have cashed my payment checks and apparently have no intentions of responding, shipping, or refunding.
