A door to door Qwest rep came to my home and I was promised a $150.00 Visa debit card as a gift for signing up for their service on 2/9. I was told I would receive it in about 4 weeks. After not receiving the gift card on 3/29, I called Qwest to inquire about the status. I was told by the phone rep, they had no record of it ever being put into the system. At that point, the phone rep processed the request and I was told I would receive the card in 10-12 weeks. I called again in the beginning of June and was told I would receive the card between June 7th and 21st via UPS. The evening of June 21st still no card. I called and spoke to a rep who informed me that there is no way they can trace the card and there is nothing I can do except wait. After nearly 5 months I feel this is a HOAX. I doubt the gift card even exists.
