I had been a Cox Communication customer for years with very little problems. I recieved a call from Qwest on November 10 offering a $200 Visa gift card if I would switch all of my services (internet, local and long distance home phone, Direct TV) to Qwest. It sounded like a decent deal and since I would be moving soon, I could try Direct TV. I scheduled to have all of my services installed and turned on December 10th... My move in date. I was required by Qwest to go online and fill in information and provide a copy of my previous COX bill. I did this on January 3 per description status below.
