I booked a cruise with BJ's travel. The cruise itself was nice, and advertised for the same price through several companies except BJ's promise of a gift card. I took the cruise in January, and here it is June and still no gift card. I have thus far called 4 times, on two occasions my I was told it would be looked into and I would receive a call back. This did not happen. The third call, I was told the card was mailed May 16th. Today, June 3, I called again and was told the card was put in for processing on May 22 and I need to allow up to 7 weeks for receipt. This is completely ridiculous and I will never book any travel through this company again. If they cannot back up a $25.00 gift card, I would hate to see how they handle actual emergencies.
