Winston "neo" henry has been nknown to book DJ's and Artist and not pay for their performances

DJ Neo 24 has booked an artist and not paid up and has kept dodging the agency to pay for the performance he has booked and left the performer unpaid in his hotel room the next day. Be careful working with this guy I have creditors after him he is a fraud.
