Booked a standard room at the hotel three months in advance for 6 days and 5 nights. When we checked in, they said that they had the presidential suite booked for me which would cost over $7,000! I stated that it was not what I had originally booked, but they refused to lower it back down to standard and kept saying that I was to blame because I had booked it that way. The manager, Ryan Lidell, was there and stood behind his employees, saying that they could not reverse it because I had entered it into their booking system that way.
My wife and I ended up staying the the Best Western across the street, but were denied access into the casino. Three years savings for this trip was wasted because of this hotel.
