I bid on a 2 1/2 star hotel. The hotel expedia provided was clearly not a 2 1/2 star hotel. I had to ask 3 times for toilet paper. There was no closet. They used the luggage rack to prop up the microwave. The price I was charged for this dump was more than I would have paid if I booked directly through the hotel. I will never use or trust expedia ever again. I submitted a clean review to their web site. They refuse to post it.
