I am not sure why anyone would use Expedia Hotels.com to book a hotel room. I made the mistake and because the hotel they booked for me was overbooked the hotel cancelled all third party reservations. I was told had I booked through the hotel I would not have been cancelled. Expedia was not very accomadating when it came down to finding me a new hotel and refunding my money as the room was paid in full 4 nonths porior.
