I visited Monro Muffler in Hamden CT to get a basic oil-change. 24 hours later after operating my VW Passat about the freeway I noticed a loud sound that I'd never noticed from my vehicle before. A few nights later I'd occasion in my own time-table to consider my vehicle to an autobody shop and unearthed that the workers at Monroe had deceitfully and skillfully zero-tied the skid bowl of my vehicle in position... Once they had shattered the connection. I had been unaware of the zip ties upon departing Monro and by continuing to generate my car, I will have over $800 in problems to my car. I visited Monro to deal with the problem using the supervisor and that I was fulfilled with disrespect and my statements were instantly refuted. Monro will not take responsibility due to their reckless and careless steps that put my-home along with other motorists in danger. This problem is likely to be raised using the assistance and researched. That is undesirable. They boast on the site of trust and assurance, I've no rely upon their company or morals as people.
