Really disappointed with customer support and fix. Unhappy whatsoever. Our aged Mom introduced her vehicle for an examination and oil-change to Rock Rd Monro muffler. After $600 later the supervisor stated it had been prepared to be acquired. Thinking it had been readyand examined, I visited get the vehicle for my mom. I went down I began to drive-away and observed the motor lighting was on with no inspection label. Returned in and talked with supervisor and questioned exactly why is there-no inspection label he explained he'd informed us??? It was never actually described in my experience just before me buying up the automobile. He explained he'd once more require it a later date to discover why the motor light was on. Super disappointed. I'd never provide an automobile to some Monro Muffler again. Please don't use Monro Muffler. I completely believe my mom was scammed due to her era.
