I visited Monro Muffler having a discount they delivered me to get a $19.99 oil-change, free brake examination, and free tire rotation. I have been there before and had brand new wheels mounted 6 months before. The wheels have now been screeching to get a week, but used to do not note this towards the support agent after I arrived in. They completed using the vehicle in under twenty units, and guaranteed me after I requested they found no issues. After I quit I realized that the tires hadn't been spun (I understood this since there is a scrape mark about the front-left tire, nevertheless within the same placement about the vehicle as after I introduced it directly into Monro.) I returned inside and asked the supervisor about that, and he insisted the function I required using the discount have been completed. I expected him why they did not record the free focus on the bill (confirmed oil-change only) and was informed they don't report any free services on bills, only chargeable services. No turn indicates no brake inspection both. Wheels still loud. I understand they're laying in my experience and that I WOn't return. I'm getting my vehicle to a different store or perhaps a dealer to any extent further.
