Dishonest, unscrupulous ripoff artists!

I recently cancelled my phone service with Verizon and to my surprise they said I would be charged an early cancellation charge. Verizon claims that I renewed my contract with them for an additional two years. I absolutely did not ever renew my contract with them and certainly not for two years. They say there is nothing they can do for me and I owe them $175
