I applied for verizon wireless on 2-20 i was ask for a $400 deposite, so i agreed and payed the $400 deposit, after 5 days of service i cancelled the service
I returned the 32 gig motorola razr phone to best buy, best nuy called verizon-informed verizon i was cancelling my wireless service, i spoke to a verizon csr
They told me i will receive my $400.00 deposit back within 4 weeks, i called verizon last night march 7 i was informed by a verizon wireless csr, i was charged a $350.00 early termination fee for only 5 days of service. Each time i call i get a different answer, one csr told me he took off the early termination
But then i called back today march 8 i was told i still owe a $350.00 fee...
Verizon wireless is a total scam...
