Verizon wireless complaint - Verizon wireless

Bought a new phone from Verizon wireless recently in NYC and i am less then happy with the battery.

I keep having to charge it and it does not seem to be holding the charge.

Has anyone else had this problem with phones bought at Verizon wireless.
