I paid a local trash company, All Trash Service (ATS) located at 762 Mckay Drive in Spring Lake, NC $56 to receive 4 months of service for trash removal. I have had service with them three weeks now and they have only picked up my trash one time. The agreement was one time per week. Even then, I had to call them to come get my trash.
I called again for the past two weeks asking them to come get my trash. Most of the time I have to leave a message but no one would ever return my call. The last time I called, I spoke to a young man who said he is the owner. I asked him to come get my trash as agreed or give me back my money. His words were, "'Well, I'll tell you now, I don't do refunds." I told him I paid for the service four months in advance and would like my trash picked up or a refund. He then yelled at me and called me the "B" word then hung up on me.
It's only $56 but I could have paid a different company for reliable service as agreed upon over the phone and when he cashed my money order. This is a horrible company and I recommend everyone steer clear of ATS trash company.
