I live in Jacksonville, NC and the trash service is terrible. Everytime the guys comes with the truck HE makes a mess and doesn't clean it up. For example... This morning he came and picked up the trash. As he was dumping a TON of stuff poured out onto the ground. What does he do? He put the dumpster down and slid it back into its spot making sure to push the trash to the side/back of the enclosed fence. It looks disgusting. There's more trash on the ground than what he actually took with him. This is NOT acceptable considering we have to pay a HUGE HOA fee that goes towards Waste Management. VERY frustrated and disgusted towards this company. This needs to be fixed. Our communinity is being polluted and unpresentable thanks to this trash guy!
