I just filled up my car at ampm in Lake Havasu AZ and went to throw away some trash and all 3 trash cans were over filled so I ended up putting trash on top of other trash and when I turned around the wind blew the trash on the ground. So I picked it up and had to put back in my car It is right by highway and people are fined for littering highway and thats where it will end up.
