Bought a Sears Elite Kenmore fridge 2010 design. The next month following the guarantee ended it quit cooling. After I named to truly have a Sears technician emerge I had been informed it'd be 3 months. Anything within the fridge and fridge needed to be trashed. 3 months later the fix guy was planned and that I obtained a phone 2 hours prior to the planned period that I'll need to rescheduled since the technician named in ill.

1 week later they arrived and explained the components needed to be requested which were under warranty. Another company appt. I had been advised I really could contact once the components arrived in and somebody might emerge rapidly. I named three times once the components arrived in and talked using a boss. After I described the components were below he asked those. I explained them to him and his reaction was "I am not really a specialist" Appt. Planned was for the next week. Actually under guarantee the component which was $10 I had been billed $222 for support phone and work. 30 days later and many calls the component continues to be changed. Period can tell if works. I've never created a online but personally I think other individuals who will appear at evaluations ought to be informed. I believe the Sears support division may be the toughest I've previously experienced.
