I paid $400 to get a guarantee repair agreement with Sears on the $2500 fridge. After I had a need to utilize it A & E Servcie arrived, required fifteen minutes to identify the issue, hit in a component & reschedule day into his handheld device. The component came promptly prior to the planned review. My partner got the day down for that serviceman to become there between 8-12. No-show, no-call. My partner named them about 11:30 and was informed support couldn't allow it to be that evening & might reschedule us. I required a reschedule the following week, place in for morning time-off. Named that morning at 7:50 & established we were about the routine for 1-5 that evening.By 4:10PM no body had named or proven up but was guaranteed serviceman could be thereby 5PM. About 4:50 woman named declaring supervisor questioned her to I would like to understand servcieman couldn't create the appt that evening. Requested for supervisor but none were available. Requested for return phone and offered quantity. (haven't gotten a call-back) Next day sent Sears customer support. Was advised these were sorry for trouble plus they discovered I'd been planned for servcie that evening between 8-5. (no body had named or explained it had been rescheduled). I really could not log off and hurry house to hold back all day long. After I got home a phone was on my camera declaring the servcie guy couldn't create the appt since he'd a household crisis - what? They just have one support technology? I'm tired of this run-around. I'll not purchase another Sears item, & on the basis of the price of outstanding time-off to hold back in it to no show, I've paid dearly for that guarantee. I don't buy an additional guarantee either. It'd be more straightforward to contact an area repair-service and spend to truly have the work completed without all of the trouble and lost-time. Atleast I've the component. I'll contact another person and tell heck Having A & E and Sears. Everybody I understand may notice about that therapy! Since I've read-many additional grievances about them in my opinion this can be a fraud operation. They apply for the components and work and obtain their cash following the preliminary phone however the client never gets the support.
