We've been with no fridge for 6 months! The fridge is section of a Samsung fridge that's significantly less than 24 months old. We purchased the refrigerator and fridge from Sears and purchased the warranty. It has been so poor I'll never purchase a or something having a guarantee again from Sears and that I've been a longtime dedicated client. We named Sears originally plus they planned a scheduled appointment in regards to a week into the issue. They terminated twice and lastly turned up 3 months into the issue. The technician stated we required a component and also to contact Sears back when it came. I did so that. The component required per week to reach. I named immediately plus they stated the soonest visit was 14 days out again! They arrived the Next period and also the technician stated it had been "mounted". Well, it was not mounted. Weare still with no fridge and weare currently 6 months directly into it. The soonest visit is March 27th, another 14 days out again thus from the period they appear I'll have now been 2 months with no fridge. That is completely inappropriate. I've attempted to advance this to supervisors and all-they may state is they do not have sufficient individuals to do the repairs. Really? I really hope others examine this so that they understand to remain from Sears as it pertains to items with extensive guarantees, if you don'tare prepared to stay without it for atleast 2 weeks or even more! Incidentally, I dropped a lot of food once the fridge first went. They've not agreed to pay me for that missing food however, but I simply discovered I will declare it. Nothing beats being positive with customer support (not!).
