Called this Co. And didn't get any satisfation it sounded like he was in his garage and was a one man show. I ordered the wrong chain size and he gave me no return option just go to my jewler and buy another 10" chain and attach it to the 20" chain I purchased off of him so it would then hang to my belly button, so all the short people I come in contact with would be able to see it no one else just them. Service Sucked.
