They acquired our telemarketing services but never paid us for almost two months. The total is $1500 that they need to pay us

Hello,

This is Nick. I am business development manager of a company. We provide telemarketing and customer support services.

We were contacted by Steve Barbarich in September on Elance to work for his company (direct to home appliances). They needed one agent working full time and they agreed to pay us $7 per hour plus commission for that agent. The agent had a few training hours in September and started working full time in October. The agent (Chris) worked until 12th December with their company. On 12th December he was terminated by Steve because they did not like his performance. They paid us for Septeber and October but still (19th Jan) they have not paid us for November and December's work which accumulates to $1500.

I have sent them many emails and tried to reach them over the phone but no answer. I am thinkig about taking legal actions against them but I am too busy to do it right now so I am filing an online complaint against them.

Pleas do not work with this company (Direc to home appliances) or any of it's partner companies (choosedirect.com, choosehottubdirect.com) as they are nothing but liars and cheaters.
