I purchased an Island Escape Spa from Choose Hot Tubs Direct in February 2010 with a promised delivery date of 10 to 16 weeks. The delivery date came and went, and now 6 months later, despite promises, no spa. Much to my alarm, I've discovered I'm not alone, many other customers are complaining as well (See complaint: http:/usacomplaints.com/credit-card-fraud/steve-barbarich-choo/steve-barbarich-choosedirect). Even former employees report the company's questionable business practices!
If you are in the market for a spa, I warn you NOT to deal with Choose Hot Tubs Direct. Buy from a 'Brick and Mortar" business... At least you will have a face and place to associate with your purchase.
