We purchased a hottub from this company and paid in full. We were promised delivery by mid-September last year—14 months ago; we still do not have a tub. We contacted the California BBB and were told this company is in bankruptcy and cannot deliver our tub or refund our money. However, he is still conducting business on the Internet. What a joke!
We were given glowing promises from this company, but once they got our money, they would not even take our calls. We were absolutely ripped off by this man and his company. (Apparently others have had the same experience.)
It is incredulous that this man can continue to conduct this fraudulent business via the Internet. Our goal is to alert others that this man is a thief; and he even has a 'charity' link on his website as if he is an honorable man.
Please help us inform others and put this man out of business.
