Mr jeff myers (customer service representative) have been waiting 1 year today to receive my hot spa that i paid $4,300 on 9-14-11 to (direct to home appliances.) as of 09-14-12 i still haven't receive anything from this company. I am requesting my full refund immediately without any hesitation.
I am very disappointed in this company for not keeping their agreement and for holding "my money " like it is your. I was penalized for taking this money out of my retirement funds. I will be filing a formal complaint to the courts. I would like to talk to someone about receiving all my $4,300.00 back in my bank account. No one never call or email me back.
This company has put a bad taste in my mouth about ordering anything online again! It's no excuse not to refund my money back because of some bad luck!
