Tampa area Sunshine Shuttle Agency Sunshine Shuttle The Agent for Sunshine Shuttle was abusive and sarcastic on the phone twice. The same person each time was extremely hostile. I will never call that service again

I used Sunshine Shuttle 800 number On Line to book a round trip shuttle to the Port of Miami from Tampa Fla. I called after my booking to find out additional information and received a very sarcastic and nasty person on the line who kept on stating that if I had read my contract I would not be calling him. I tried again to contact Sunshine Shuttle when my trip got closer to confirm my booking and again got the same person who represented this company who was nasty, impatient and obviously did not want to take my call. I paid $140.00 round trip from Tampa to Miami and my roomate did also along with a 2-1/2Hr wait for the shuttle at the Miami Port after our cruise. I think this company should be informed about this very bad customer service.
I will never use this service again for any trasportation.
