No Refund/Services Not Performed

On August 5, I paid the sum of $152 to the driver of Value Shuttle for a shuttle trip to Florence, AZ. The was to be for a round trip. I left Florence the following day because of emergency call from Denver instead of four days later. I called Value Shuttle several times to let them know that I did not use their shuttle back. They indicated that the refund is in the mail:

I emailed them three times submitting my name and address. I spoke with Rory, the manager and owner thrice, the last being last week, he said the check was in the mail. Nothing in over ten days. I called there today thrice and they were basically playing me around. They have lied and reneged on paying my refund. Nothing was stipulated on their site or paper that there will not be refund if the service was not utilized. This is one of the worst services I have ever seen in my life. They should be held accountable as I believe I am not the only one they have treated this way.
