Despite having a reservation for a 9:30 am pickup, our shuttle never showed up. After calling twice we were told that it took us too long to get off the ship so they left. We were off by 9:30, our reservation time. After waiting 1.5 hours they told me to find another shuttle. So far I have not been issued a refund.
