I ordered a Scarlett O'Hara Barbie Doll from this business through Amazon. I received the package and the box that the doll was displayed in was bent and worn. Also, no where on the product informatin page said that it would be shipped requiring a signature, so I ended up having to go to the post office to pick up. I emailed them explaining my issues, which they never responded to because they were unable to due to personal issues. I emailed again and they responded and told me to return the item. Never did they explain why I wasn't made aware of the shipping info or apoligize for this. I emailed and asked them if they read my first email and that I wasn't saying that I wanted to return the item, just that I was upset and thought they might apologize and refund a portion of the shipping. No response. Another email and no response. Then they called me and told me they had been emailing me, but I never received anything. I was told in the message that they would refund a portion of the shipping and send me a free gift, but I needed to call them back. So I did and nothing. I filed negative feedback on Amazon and now they say that since I have done that, they refuse to deal with me through any other channel and basically won't do anything. I have emailed them multiple times since then and they refuse to respond. I told them in one email if they would send me a prepaid shipping label, I would be more than happy to return the item since they aren't the kind of business I want to do business with and they never responded to that. Now I hear nothing from them even when I email them through Amazon.
