I sent a request for the Chica Doll (from the Sprout Channel) to Odd Dolls.net on Sept 22. I was told the order would take 7 weeks and to contact Debbie to remind her that the order was due. I let it go for a couple of extra weeks and contacted her the week of Thanksgiving. She told me it would go out the following week. I told her just as long as I received it in time for Christmas, the delay was fine. Christmas 2011 came and went. I emailed her again Dec 27, asking where the doll was at? I never received a reply. I filed a complaint with PayPal and was told that there was nothing they could do because it was past the time allotted to get my money back. So here it is January 23rd, and still no doll and $77 dollars out the window. Debbie, if you see this, I understand that personal life gets in the way sometimes, but at least do the honorable thing and tell us all who have made complaints on here that you cannot fill the orders for whatever reason and give us our money back.
For those who still want or need a Chica Doll, SPROUT has finally as of 1/10, authorized a 12-inch plush doll sold only on Amazon.com for $29.99. I ordered it for my son and he loves it. It even has a squeaker toy in it to sound like Chica.
