I ordered a Chica doll on October 21. Debbie said it would take 7 weeks to hand make the doll, and certainly we would have it by Christmas. She asked that I email her the week of November 15th to remind her to ship it. I did so and she replied that she would ship it the next week. I waited two weeks and never received the doll. I emailed her and she replied that she was behind but would try hard to have my doll shipped by Christmas. The week before Christmas she replied to my request for an update that she would not have it done in time. The day after Christmas I asked her for a specific date that she would be shipping it and she replied she would send it out the following week. It has been two weeks and again I still have not received the doll.
