I ordered a Chica doll from Debbie during the first week of October. I was told that the doll would be shipped in 7 weeks. After 9 weeks with no contact. I emailed Debbie and was told that the doll would be shipped at the end of the week. After not receiving a tracking number by the end of the week, I emailed once again and was told that the doll would be shipped the following Monday. It has now been over 14 weeks and I still do not have the doll that I payed for. I was promised a refund 2 weeks ago but I have not received it and my recent emails have not been returned. I think that Debbie has far too many "family problems" to be in this business. I have records of all of our email conversations and am wondering if anyone knows what action we can take to get our money back from this woman?
