Ripped me off of my original engagment ring and replaced it with a diff. Ring trying to tell me it was my origional ring when I took it in to be fixed

I recieved my engagement ring from here and had to have it fixed. When
it came time to get it back I never got my original ring back and my
fiance was told this new ring was the original one we brought in. It
was crazy and we never got the old ring back!!! The jewelery store
robbed us from my engagement ring and replaced it with another ring...
We were told it was platinum as well and it is white gold. The jewelry
store should be shut down for doing shady business like this and it
disgusts me!
