I had perchased a engagement ring for my girlfriend in july. She is going to school to be a nurse, so she never wears the ring due to all the "butts" she has to deal with, and she doesn't want to get the ring all "poopy". So we were both surprised when she brough the ring in to have its six month warrenty check up and was told that a couple of the small diamonds were loose and one of the large diamonds was cracked... She never wears the ring, and how does a diamond break? Isn't it the hardest substance on earth? So she sent the ring off to be repaired and was promised it would be back in one week... Its been five weeks and still no ring. When we asked that they give us our money back they told us "No, you'll just have to wait for the ring to come back". I'm sorry to say it, but these people have no customer service skills, I'll tell anyone I meet, go to a real jeweler to buy jewelery of any importance, Kay's prices may be good, but thats because every thing else sucks.
