I bought a ring from Kay Jewelers a year ago. It was my promise ring from my boyfriend. Since then, i have had it repaired four times due to the fact that where they sized it, kept splitting and pinching me. Ridiculous. And they refuse to send me a new ring. Not that the one i have isn't sentimental, but just the fact that four times isn't enough for them to give me a new ring and shut my mouth. I don't advise shopping here for jewelery, you won't get what you deserve for customer service.
