Wow I am so in love with my engagement ring from Kay jewelers. We ended up calling Kay's customer service dept once we found the ring online. They let my fiancé pay through the phone and they quickly re - sized the ring, and it was shipped to our home within 6 days. Excellent customer service and the ring is even more beautiful in person. The website doesn't do the actual ring justice! Very pleased with Kay's
