I was reading a complaint from an individual that sounded very similar to my own so I thought I would chime in. The report with Banner Marketing online (Rick Jarred)
In October I received an email from Banner Marketing Online and things sounded good so I called. Everything sounded great on the phone and the samples I looked at looked like something I was interested in.
Needless to say, $2000.00 later, I have not received one single job from it and I cant even pull up the banner on my own computer. I could for a couple weeks, but nobody that I knew could pull it up on theirs. This is Big Fraud.
I have made SEVERAL phone calls to this company and left messages for Rick Jarred, but he will not call me back.
