I paid for for a banner to be placed on top of major search engines pages (Google, Bing etc). As per "Rick Stevenson" of Internet Marketing Services, I was told that the banner will work if the browser such as IE explorer is updated either by Microsoft which is automatically done routinely or by downloading a program from bannertopper.com.
The same person also indicated to me that there are 100M already updated computers in the market.
After some research I found out that no update (by Microsoft, bing Chrome etc.) includes the banner program. The banner works ONLY if the program is downloaded directly from bannertopper.com
Furthermore the statistics provide by bannertopper are bogus, and artificially "manufactured" by the company.
A pure scam!!
