Paid $30 for lifetime banner ad on their site. It's not being shown anymore Internet

I paid $30 for Unlimited Banner Rotation/lifetime banner ad on their site. The banner ad was shown for several months but now it has disappeared from their site and my ad stats. I sent several e-mails and filled out the contact form on their site and no one replied back and my banner is still not being shown anymore.
