Where in the world is my order - 2 months late! - baby clothes

Terrible delivery time (in fact almost 2 months later I still have no order and my CC has been charged) and even worse customer service.

Early May: Placed an order. Credit Card charged.
June 11: Order finally ships.
June 22: Because Totsy entered the incorrect shipping address, and I never received it. When I emailed their customer support, they first told me they could not send it express because it had already been shipped the day before. After informing them that the tracking information they provided showed it had arrived back to them, they told me it would be re-shipped.
July 19: Still no order! Email again to let them know I never received the order.
July 21: Finally hear back from them. Receive this message: "Dear Totsy Customer, Thanks for your query. Our orders can sometimes take longer due to high demand. Your order has been shipped and you will soon receive it. You can track it on: XXXX. We apologize for delayed delivery and highly appreciate and thank you for your patience." The tracking number is the same they provided on June 11-20 showing it went back to them!!! Plus, after missing the gifts for my friend's baby's birthday and my own baby's birthday, I still have no gifts! So, where in the world is my package?
