Cox cable charged us a repair service fee of 50.00, for absolutely no reason. W e had a digital cable for a very long time, but we were never able to see 4 movie chanells which we paid for. All other chanells were working just fine. When we called tech support, we specifically told them that we don`t want tech guy coming to our apartment if we have to pay one dime. TEch guy assured us that we won`t have to pay anything, SEVERAL TIMES!
So guy came, he stayed outside for 20 minutes or so, then he came to our house, changed white cable on our tv, and 15 days later, 50 bucks charge shows up on our bill.
My husband called several times, he spoke with a supervisor, who was very rude to us, yelling and screaming that we absolutely have to pay the charges, and there`s no way we were promised not to pay ina first place.
This is not the first time for us to have a problem with Cox, they will overcharge you on their phone services, cable services, late fees, just everything. Only reason we`re still using their service is because there`s no other provider in this area.
