On 12/23 at 4:30 pm I returned to my apartment to find the cable was not working. I walked outside to see if the cable box was tampered with and discovered that a new cable box had been installed. The installers were at their truck and I mentioned that my cable was out. They replied that it should be working now. It wasn't I went back out as the raced away.
I called Time warner and they scheduled a repair 4 days away but said they would try to get to it after I explained My grandchildren were coming for Christmas. Oh how nice and reassuring the lady was on the other end-nothing has been done. I supervise 15 people and can assure you that had it been my company we would have made this right asap. If not the employee would have been terminated. All day long I get adds touting time warners service and dependibility. It's going to be satellite for me and any one else I can convince!
