I have had over 7 appointments for Time Warner cable to come out and bury cable for new service. Cable has to be buried under road which requires horizontal drill. When new service was connected cable was strung across road through white pvc pipe. Pipe was crushed first day and cable is damaged. Junction box on side of home has damage because of traffic pulling on cable as they pass over it. Homeowner association is charging me 25 dollars a day for HOA violations.
This type of terrible service is absolutely amazing in todays competitive enviornment. HOA charges continue to accrue...
