TXU Pre-Maturely cancelled service to my residence and as result I lost all my food items in two freezers and two refridgerators. They would not attempt to replace anything. They pretty much said "Too Bad". After contacting customer service they were unsure that power was even off. They sent a notice that power would be terminated on the 8th of November and the funny thing about it the bill was paid in full and no balence owed. The really funny thing is the power had been turned off for TWO WEEKS! The food was a TOTAL LOSS and the ODOR was OVERWHELMING! All TXU could say was make a claim and they would resolve. The claims people asked for receipts of our purchases. What a joke! Who keeps their grocery receipts. I was a TXU Customer for 15 years.By the way who keeps all their receipts. This company has definetly forgotten about true customer service. When thinking about a Electricity Provider, I say go with anyone other than TXU. They care only about the dollars. They DO NOT care about the CUSTOMER or the CONSUMER.!
